add the iceolliger to minecraft bedrock and java in the new winter gamedrop

i think the iceolliger should be added so that we can have a new illager type mabye spawn it in a small underground structure he just NEEDS to be added

    Maybe they could drop the ice wand from dungeons. It could like spawn a big ice junk that falls down after a like second. It could be a new weapon similar in trident when it comes to obtaining it.
