Custom Skins Bedrock Ps5 Edition

Seeing as the character selection screen on ps5 already says you can import a custom skin through creating a character on marketplace, why isn't this a thing?

I think fixing or bringing this option back would be wonderful.

Google lied to me and said I could do this so I spent 4 hours making one only to find out that that option isn't a thing anymore :,)
