Iron Repairs

this makes it where you can repair anything (but leather or wood combat items) to 85% of its health in the crafting table or smithing table with 3 iron ingots, also an enchanting book that makes it repair at 45% instead of 85% it is called "Curse of Fragileness" and takes double the durability too (mending tools must have 6 iron ingots to repair to 85%)
