Add Native Dynamic Lighting to Vanilla Minecraft (Java & Bedrock)

Please add official, native dynamic lighting to vanilla Minecraft for both Java and Bedrock Edition. Holding light sources like torches, lanterns, or glowstone in the hand or off-hand should naturally illuminate the surrounding area without having to place them down. Adding an in-game video setting toggle (Off/Fast/Fancy) would ensure smooth performance across all devices while providing parity with popular Java mods.
