Add native controller support to Java for handhelds

Many handhelds have come out over the last few years. The Steam Deck, the ROG Ally, the MSI Claw, and many ARM handhelds, of which developers having been getting Linux to work on. Even Xbox has put out their own PC handheld, which would've been a GREAT opportunity to finally add this highly requested feature. I've been REALLY wanting to play Java on my Steam Deck and perhaps my AYN Odin3 Max, but it's very irritating that Java has never added native controller support, I shouldn't have to install mods just to get that. Last time I tried Controlify, the camera felt very wrong. Please make controller usage a lot simpler for people, there are so many people asking for it. You've fixed most of the performance issues by adding Vulkan, this is really the only big thing that's missing now.
