Stuttering after loading into a world

Upon loading into any world, whether it be a newly generated world or an exciting one, the game takes a while to load that world and stutters. Your character can only move, as no other actions are registered, and even then it resets your character's position to where you loaded in if you move within this time frame. You have to give the game a bit before you may start playing.
