I am not sure if this is a problem related to the NS2 version in general or if it's just an add-on quirk, but the game does not handle them well. I am actually surprised that it handles vibrant visuals on max settings fairly well over add-ons, since I assume that making the game look prettier would be more demanding alone than one or a few add-ons. Maxed-out Vibrant visuals Vanilla Minecraft settings fluctuate between 30 and 60fps, while a constant 60 frames minimum would be great and is hopefully the goal for the full release; the game hanging around those two is still alright, all things considered, because it is at least playable and not a slideshow. BUT, all the add-ons that I have at my disposal, whether it be only one or a few with and without VV on, cause the game to struggle, only capping at a little over 30fps and dipping to 10, still fluctuating but now between those two intervals, from what I have observed within the week I have played so far.
