Abandoned Pillager outposts with iron golem tutorial

There should be an abandoned pillager outpost where iron golems can be seen wandering around. There should also be a secret room in one of the cages that instructs you on how to build an iron golem. The secret room is similar to the one in the igloo. It is a trapdoor covered by moss or green carpet that leads down to a basement that has the tutorial. The outpost itself should have cobwebs decorating it similar to the abandoned village. In the chest it should have a map leading to another outpost or woodland mansion.
