Abandoned Camps should spawn in The End and The Nether as a "Research Tent"

The Abandoned Camps that spawn in The End only spawn in the Outer End Islands, and of course, they do not spawn inside structures. Abandoned Camps that spawn in the Nether will spawn in all the Nether Biomes except Basalt Deltas.
