more fun pets (another mouvement mode)

so there should be a mode between sitting and standing on dogs and cats are standing, but can't TP to you so they stay in their inclosure so if you make you're dog a place to live, well if it has fences all arround it your dog won't escape it, but won't just sit there aimlessly
