Improve PlayStation Marketplace Entitlement Synchronisation

I would like Minecraft to improve how purchased Marketplace content is recognised across PSN and Microsoft/Minecraft accounts on PlayStation.

I purchased the Toy Story Mash-Up Pack under my own account, but my daughter could not access it independently through her restricted PS4 profile. To enable access, I had to create separate PSN, Microsoft and Minecraft accounts for her and purchase the same pack again under her account.

Despite the PlayStation Store confirming that her account owned the pack, Minecraft continued to show “Owned by me (0)” and offered the pack for purchase again. The entitlement only appeared later after considerable troubleshooting and communication with support.

Paid content should become available promptly under the purchasing account. Customers should not have to restore licences, verify multiple linked accounts, compile screenshots or contact support to access something already paid for.

Please improve PlayStation entitlement synchronisation and provide clearer guidance about content sharing between family profiles. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in making further Minecraft Marketplace purchases.
