Two things about TNT

My first issue with TNT is that when Vibrant visuals is enabled, the TNT doesnt glow white when it gets ignited. The texture stays the exact same and sometimes you wont know if it explodes and my second issue is that after just a few pieces of TNT (like 15) blow up at the same time, it already lags the explosions.
