π© Minecraft: Living World & Exploration Update
I think Minecraftβs Overworld could feel more alive with these improvements:
ποΈ 1. Villages β Towns β Cities: Villages slowly grow as their population and resources increase, building houses, farms, workshops, walls, and larger medieval-style buildings.
π£οΈ 2. Roads: Settlements create dirt, gravel, or stone roads, bridges, and tunnels to connect with each other.
βοΈ 3. Reclaimed Mineshafts: Villagers clear cobwebs, repair rails, add lights, and use abandoned mineshafts for mining. Lost villagers could be found underground.
π³οΈ 4. Better Caves: Add branching tunnels, huge caverns, underground lakes, ravines, and hidden entrances.
π 5. Lakes & Rivers: Generate forest, mountain, frozen, swamp, and underground lakes. Rivers could connect lakes, mountains, and oceans naturally.
ποΈ 6. Better Mountains: Add varied peaks, cliffs, valleys, caves, passes, lakes, and vegetation at different heights.
π² 7. Glistering Forests: A rare biome with sparkling leaves, Glistering Wood, glowing moss, unique plants, and crystals.
π 8. Glistering Caves: Caves beneath these forests could contain crystals, glowing moss, sparkling ores, and reflective pools.
π·οΈ 9. Mountain Spiders: A new spider that climbs cliffs, blends into rocks, creates webs near caves, and ambushes players from above.
π Goal: Make the Overworld feel connected and alive, with growing civilizations, richer terrain, and exciting explorationβall while keeping Minecraftβs unique style.
