Mount collision change

I believe that when a mount is being ridden, the riders collision should be added to the mount's, i find it strange that you can, for example, ride a strider in the nether and if you reach a low roof, you can start suffocating, this should also apply to mobs, for example zombie piglins riding striders should not suffocate themselves. The only downside I see with this is riding a horse through a forest but this can be fixed by making transparent blocks I.E. leaves not work this way.
