Revert the change of disabling achievements for third-party add-ons

Please revert the change that disables achievements when using third-party add-ons on Bedrock. This update was silently made during the 26.50 drop which means no one knew this change was coming. This has ruined many worlds that have been long standing with achievements on. Many add-ons don't give players unreasonable advantages. Many players only use QoL or visual-only add-ons, and we want to keep unlocking achievements in our worlds.

    by the way you can use a NBT editor website to reenable achievements, however you won’t be able to use the behaviour pack

    THAT'S REALLY AWFUL, I create a world almost 1 year ago and now I can't receive my achivements, I really want to Mojang fix that, I waqs planning to defeat ender dragon and now that's no fun anymore. FIX THIS MOJANG!

    Hi, I recently downloaded an addon from the marketplace and when I added it to my world, the achievements were disabled. I thought official marketplace addons didn't remove achievements!If it's a bug, please fix it soon because it's really annoying.
