Add Dynamic Seasons to Minecraft
I think Minecraft would be even more immersive with a natural seasonal cycle.
Each season could last 25 Minecraft days, with a 5-day gradual transition between seasons:
* Spring: Snow melts, grass becomes greener, and flowers become more common.
* Summer: Full greenery, brighter lighting, and normal weather.
* Fall: Leaves gradually change to red, orange, and yellow, and pumpkins begin appearing naturally.
* Winter: Snow covers the landscape, water freezes in colder biomes, and many trees lose their leaves.
Different biomes could react differently, so deserts and snowy biomes wouldn’t all change in the same way.
Players could also use commands like /season spring or /season winter to manually change the season or use /season settings to disable the cycle.
Minecraft already has incredible lighting and environmental visuals, so a seasonal system could make worlds feel much more alive without changing the core gameplay.
