Add 120 FPS and High Refresh Rate Support for Modern Android Devices

Dear Mojang Team, modern Android devices now have powerful processors and 120Hz/144Hz screens. However, Minecraft Bedrock Edition is strictly capped at 60 FPS inside the game world. The 'Max Framerate Unlimited' slider doesn't work. Please unlock the frame rate or give us a toggle to choose 90/120 FPS on compatible mobile devices. Thank you.
