New update, can’t load in.

Yesterday, or maybe last week, the new update came to bedrock. Cushions and such. I fully loaded in, and I was frozen. I couldn’t click settings, play, realms etc. I couldn’t even check my notifications. Minecraft takes up 5.5 GB of storage on my phone, my phone in total has an entire terabyte worth of storage. My camera roll had more data than Minecraft, yet I can’t interact with anything. I can only be invited to worlds. I couldn’t see my d-pad, jump button, and menu/chat icons. I also couldn’t not see the locator bar, my paper doll, durability on items or the shield item when I put it in my offhand. I cannot play without being invited by someone on console. What I’m trying to say is that the game is overloading itself and I can’t see anything if I do manage to play, useful icons aren’t there, and I know they can load considering the live updates I get from the sound captioning for those with hard of hearing. I just wanna play Minecraft :((
