Pestilent Conjurer in regular Minecraft

Pestilent Conjurer (in Russian: Опасный колдун) is such a cool boss in Minecraft Dungeons. I really wish he could become a boss in regular Minecraft too. I imagine an ancient boss in a new desert-style Ancient Dungeon. He is like a witch, but infused with fire charms. He spawns after  a stone button has been pressed. The stone button spawns either from a spawn egg or in this Ancient Dungeon. As Pestilent Conjurer spawns, three ancient necromancers appear with him. They shoot three light blue spheres at once: one to the left, one to the right, and one straight ahead. Pestilent Conjurer shoots light blue splash potions with 5 seconds poisoning and 2 seconds slowness effect.
