expand what an furnace minecart can do and copper minecart and rails

the idea is you can attach minecarts to furnace minecarts and expand what fuel it takes and make copper rails and minecart with different proprieties compared to normal ones

1. copper rails will have a lower top speed because copper is more common

2. copper minecarts will have Oxidation the more oxidized, the slower it is

aslo furnace minecart will be added to bedrock
