Make it possible to turn toasts off in Java!!

tutorial Toasts do not  go away unless completed, but when starting new worlds they are a burden, especially mulltiplayer one offs, they get supremely annoying. They also get in the way of option menu UI. Please add a way to remove them or at least change their size and such.
