Map Builders Toolbox

A toolbox tab in creative mode that allows map builders to quickly customize Items and how they may interact with adventure mode (names, enchantments, what the tools can and cannot break, and other such making map building more accessible to those with learning disabilities, different ages, and those who may otherwise struggle with complex, tool specific commands.

It may also make it easier on everyone in general as well! Everyone wins!
