Make blocks visible on Armor Stand heads for custom decorations in Bedrock

"Please bring Java parity to Bedrock Edition for blocks equipped on armor stand heads! Currently, commands like /replaceitem let us equip blocks, but they remain completely invisible. Allowing all blocks to render visually on heads would unlock incredible custom decorations, statues, and NPC designs for Bedrock mapmakers."
