Fix broken Mojira links in Minecraft release articles

Some Minecraft release articles on Minecraft.net contain broken links to Mojira bug reports.

For example, the Minecraft 26.3 Release Candidate 1 article links MC-311705 to:

https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-311705

However, this URL no longer leads to the correct bug report. The current working URL is:

https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-311705

It appears that Minecraft.net is still generating Mojira links using the old URL format.

Please update the link generation for bug report references in Minecraft.net articles to use the current Mojira URL format.
