Free area to post mods/addons for non-monang partners

Sk, I'm a console player, more specifically a switch player, and as suck, I have to deal with the several limitations that I have, meaning I'm locked out of several mods andcommunity made things that are outside of the marketplace. So I had a idea for a section of the marketplace where non mojang partners can upload their mods and can make it free meaning that the can basically just upload their mods without the process of becoming a partner just so they can upload their packs, and best of all, us console players can finally be able to experience their mods without any additional problems
