Add a 64-bit ARM64 version of Minecraft to the Amazon Appstore

Minecraft on the Amazon Appstore is currently provided as a 32-bit armeabi-v7a version. Some Fire tablets, including the Fire HD 10 (11th generation), have 64-bit-capable hardware but cannot use features and tools that require the arm64-v8a version. Please consider making an official 64-bit ARM64 version available through the Amazon Appstore for compatible Fire tablets, while continuing to support devices that require the 32-bit version.
