Falling gravel visually shifts 1 block South for a split second

[Environment] Nintendo Switch (Preview/Beta 1.26.60.21) [Steps to Reproduce] 1. Stack gravel blocks 2 or 3 blocks high. 2. Break the bottom gravel block with a pickaxe or bare hands. 3. Observe the gravel falling from above. [Observed Results] The falling gravel appears to shift 1 block South for a split second when it turns into a falling entity, then snaps back to the correct position upon landing. [Expected Results] The gravel should fall straight down without any visual shifting. [Notes] - This issue happens intermittently (not 100% of the time). - It reproduces regardless of the tool used (happens with both pickaxes and bare hands). - Occurs even with low heights of 2 or 3 blocks.
