visitors can steal mounts

in bedrock edition when a player has visitor permissions they can still rides and control mounts like horses. I think this is a massive issue because they can steal someone else's tamed horse. the only solution is they can't ride them at all or when they ride them they can't control it even with a saddle. and when they log out of the game they shouldn't take the mount with them if that's still a thing.
