Change how Redstone interacts

I propose changing Redstone so that it functions like a wire, activating only the blocks directly beneath it without affecting adjacent blocks or those above it.

It should also be directional—like rails—allowing two rows to be placed side-by-side without needing separator blocks.

Additionally, I suggest adding a special tool to adjust Redstone directionality. This tool would link a nearby mechanism with the Redstone dust itself, redirecting the dust to connect directly to the mechanism.

I also propose adding "insulated Redstone." It functions like standard Redstone but does not activate anything around, beneath, or above it.
To activate a block beneath it, one would need to place standard Redstone dust. To activate a block above it, one would need to place an insulated Redstone torch.

An insulated Redstone torch activates only when it receives a Redstone signal, powering the block above it. There is also a non-insulated version that can simultaneously activate blocks both below and above it.

To craft these, you would use any stone slab and Redstone dust—or a Redstone torch if a vertical activator is required.

For the non-insulated vertical activator, the recipe would simply require Redstone dust and a Redstone torch.
