please make Villagers smart!

Villagers may well be my favorite part of Minecraft, but the problem is they have a lot of trouble finding the doors to their homes at night and literally stop in the way of a zombies fists! I think if they had pathing like a zombie does (but still avoided lava, fire and cliffs, of course!) they would be able to get to their homes better. Also I think that villagers should be able to remember their spouses, and maybe make a separate mob for the female villagers, so they could have hair. Lastly I would love to be able to interact more with the villagers, like training apprentices, who would gain trade xp while they were apprentices. Oh and I think it would be amazing if you made nit wit villagers useful by making them more of adventurers who just cant settle down, but with some training could become awesome adventuring companions! That would be great if you guys would do these things, but i understand that its probably harder than it sounds.
