Copper golem adjustment

Hello I would like to make a suggestions for copper golems, its because whenever I try to get help from copper golems they'll just ruin it. Can you please make the copper golem recognize items in chest without opening it or make it go to the chest that has the right items? Because they take HOURS till they manage everything, that's all hope you'll see this :)
