Bedrock Scoreboard Commands

Add Java-like scoreboard criteria playerKillCount and totalKillCount for Bedrock Edtiton.

Please implement these two criteria:

1, playerKillCount: when a player kills anthoner player and get marks.

2,totalKillCount: when a player kills mods or player.

It will bring bedrock edtiton scoreboard feature parity with Java, and greatly help PvP map, minigame and custom world creators.
