Make custom heads commands available for Minecraft Bedrock!!

In Minecraft Java, you can easily obtain custom heads from 3rd party websites because of the way it’s programmed. Since Minecraft Bedrock is more accessible and more people play on it, adding the possibility to obtain these custom heads using commands like Java, which is technically not impossible, would make building way more fun and let players add significantly more detail.
