Player head use....?

Whenever a charged creeper explodes, and you die from the explosion, the player head will drop, and it will have the user's name but will not have the head skin, once a player wears it, the game will put the username the player dropped his head, and will put the same skin as the user who died, this will also be helpful for trolling in multiplayer or joking with other people.
