ADD VIBRANT VISUALS ON JAVA

Vibrant Visuals looks amazing, but I think Java Edition should have more customization options. Players should be able to adjust things like shadow quality, reflections, lighting intensity, and water effects separately. This would let lower-end PCs use Vibrant Visuals while maintaining good FPS.
