Custom skins for Nintendo Switch version

Lots of people complain about not having the ability to use custom skins on Minecraft for Nintendo Switch. I think that the problem with this is that it's not possible to upload files into a Nintendo console.

Adding a complete skin editor inside the game would be a lot and it would be pretty hard to use, so here's what I'm thinking:

Maybe there could be a webpage or an app with the Switch 2 version that is going to be released soon where you could link your Microsoft account, upload there your file and have it avalible in the game.

I don't know if that makes much sense, but I think it could be a solution to the problem.
