Don't Restrict Chat in LAN Worlds

There are so, so many reasons to do this.

My reason is that it makes it sooo diffficulttt to play with my sister when she can't read or use chat. I play downstairs and she plays upstairs so we can't speak, and we've already used chat instead for years. Now it's botched and impossible to use.

There is no risk of strangers on LAN, and it says so in the name. Local area network. The only people we can play with are people using the same network, and the wi-fi network we have is password protected!
