Problem in joining

Many times I try to join external server but it every time crash. I also done common method to fix it but it didn't work i even talked to your AI about this topic and it gives me many ways and all didn't work. So i finally turn back you my 5g mobile is capable of your limitations and beyond your limitations. However, i cannot join , and i become frustrated with this . If you have a much time could you fixed it. For the bugs my enjoyment begins to vanished because my friend private server also I cannot join. Did you have any solutions or i have to live in past and buy new mobile which is 4g ? Ahhh.. my kind request to all your staff please help us .
