Minecraft bedrock Server crash

It is not only my problem but of many others whenever we try to join a server our game just crashes even though we have proper settings like play on mobile network on but still it is not working with 5G data and without WiFi so I am very politely requesting you to please fix this problem this is really soo much annoying
