add separate graphic settings for Portable and Docked modes.

Hello Devs, Hello Community.

Recently, I’ve encountered this issue. I enjoy playing extensively in both modes: in docked mode, I typically use vibrant visuals at 60 FPS, but in portable mode, I prefer sophisticated graphics at 120 FPS. I would appreciate separate settings for docked and portable use. I believe many other players would value this, especially since it is more essential for Switch2 now that we have numerous graphic options. and its a hassle to change settings each time you play portably or at home.

    Agreed, for parity this could be brought to other platforms as multiple custom graphics profiles.
