Keybinds reset and Graphics reverts to Vibrant Visuals

[Description]
Custom keyboard and mouse configurations randomly reset to their default state upon launch, while the Graphics Mode in Video settings automatically changes back to Vibrant Visuals. Other general settings remain unaffected.
 
[Steps to Reproduce]
  1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PC.
  2. Set custom keybinds and change the Graphics Mode from Vibrant Visuals to another setting.
  3. Close and relaunch the game.
[Observed Results]
Key configurations are wiped back to default, and Graphics Mode reverts to Vibrant Visuals.

Custom keybinds and video settings should be saved and maintained across all launches.
