app not installed

Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! downloads to 100% but fails at 'Installing' step every time, showing 'Can't install Minecraft: Dream it, Build it!' error. Tried: clearing Play Store cache/data, restarting device, checking for leftover app data folders (none found), confirmed sufficient storage (68GB free), tested another app install (worked fine). Issue is specific to this app only, happens repeatedly on mobile data
