Add Rope, Rope Spool and Spool Base blocks

I propose adding a hand-held item called
Rope, which is separate from the existing
Lead (leash).
There are two new blocks: the Spool Base
and the rotating Rope Spool.
Players can loop the Rope around the
Rope Spool. A lever is attached to the
spool.
When you pull down the lever, the hooked
rope will release gradually. You need to
walk backward yourself to extend the
rope. This effect works best when you are
on the edge of a cliff.
This feature is great for cliff descending,
building projects and decorating my hotel
base in survival mode.
