Clicking a grouped recipe should stick to the shown variant

Recipe book buttons that cover several recipes, like wooden slabs, cycle which variant they show every 1.5 seconds. A left click crafts whatever is displayed at that exact moment, so if you click a few times to craft several oak slabs, the button can rotate mid-series and your next click silently swaps the grid over to birch. The workarounds exist but are hidden: holding Ctrl freezes the cycling, and right clicking opens the variant overlay. I suggest the default should simply be sticky: once you click a variant, that button keeps crafting the same variant until you close the screen or pick another recipe. The cycling display is great for discovering variants, but after the first click you have already made your choice, and the current behavior actively works against repeated crafting.
