Jittery/Shaky text format option

It would look like this when formatted in json: {text:"hello",shake:1/0 or true/false}

This would make the text shake a bit in place to all directions constantly (in this case, the "hello")

It also help to emphasize certain parts of text with the benefit of adding a bit more personality to it.

Maybe you could even determine the intensity by putting values instead of a binary choice?
