Add the Dappled Forest's Red Shrub to Wandering Trader Offer

Since the Wandering Trader is meant to bring players exotic flora from distant biomes, adding the new Red Shrub from the Dappled Forest to its trade inventory makes perfect sense. 

Currently, players can buy the new Shelf Mushroom from Wandering Traders, but not the Red Shrub. Adding it would round out the Trader's new biome inventory.

Why this is a great addition:
- Perfect for Builders: Because the Red Shrub doesn't change color based on biome tinting, it is highly sought after for vibrant landscaping. This trade helps builders who haven't found a Dappled Forest yet.
- Balanced Trade: A cost of 1 Emerald for 1 Red Shrub fits perfectly alongside existing small plant and sapling trades.
