Change How Villagers Link to Professions

Change the linking system with villagers, they can see workstations thru walls and detect beds up to 64 blocks away and create ghost villages/mega villages just by putting a bed down to sleep in the vicinity of an iron farm/villager trading hall.

It also means you can't build an iron farm or trading hall near your base, which is the only way you can passively use your farms, plus there is no chunk loading in bedrock. Give us a bone. Geez.
