Removing Kicking from worlds

Basically when you uave the power to ban people 

They use it in a not nice way

By kicking me that means it singles me out as alll my friends are on his world and wont leave

Please would you mkae it so you have to send a request to minecraft moderators and they if needed they can automatically kick the pereon if he was greifing hackng etc
