Improve performance with Vibrant Visuals and Add-ons

Please optimize performance when using shaders (Vibrant Visuals) together with Add-ons (such as Actions & Stuff). Currently, enabling both causes heavy frame drops—holding at barely ~30 FPS—even when graphics settings are turned down to Low. Better optimization for resource-heavy Add-ons combined with Vibrant Visuals would make high-framerate gameplay much smoother on console.
