I can't use the exclusive Pro Controller of Nintendo Switch 2

I've been doing minecraft with Nintendo Switch 2, but recently I bought a new switch 2 dedicated pro controller. However, when I try to use it, I can use it normally in other games, but for some reason I have to operate it on the Joy-Con2 side attached to the main unit only when playing Minecraft, so I can't use the Pro Controller. This does not happen with a switch 1 pro controller.
